ATLANTA – Guilford College’s men’s golf team placed second in the 14-team Emory Spring Invitational Tuesday at the par-72, 6,860-yard Druid Hills Golf Club. The Quakers shot 295 and shared second place with Oglethorpe University, four shots behind winner Methodist University.

The tournament was shortened to 18 holes after Monday’s opening round was postponed by rain.
