Lyles:

1)What made you want to become a school Coach/teacher?
Someone helped achieve my dream and I want to do the same.

2) What are the most important character building qualities to teach your players?
Failure and steps to success never give up and do your best.

3) What is the hardest thing about being a coach?
Motivating young people to strive for something in there life obtain goals and objectives for there own life.

4) What are your strengths, and weaknesses?
Strengths- Been through what players have been through and can share his own experiences.
Weaknesses- Not knowing when to let up on his players has a tendency to push to hard.

5) In your life, what experiences have been most important to you?
Getting cut from my 7th and 8th grade team, and the birth of my son, and playing in Europe.

6) What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Having former players come back and they felt prepared for life after a season with him.
