Action on Sunday at Finch Field was a sight to see with Hi-Toms and Bulldogs(People calling out for Hi-Toms, Bulldogs and Copperheads)

This report from Charlie Pannell, who attended the Hi-Toms vs. Kernersville Bulldogs exhibition game on Sunday, at Finch Field in Thomasville…

Word on Matt Orth(Southwest Guilford/UNC) is up….Matt hit the ball up and out with a home run and a triple for the HiToms….Charlie said Orth was showing back-side strength and that the kid still can carry a lethal bat this CPL season for the Hi-Toms…

Charlie also had a good report card for Colby Keene(SEG/WSSU), who got the start at SS for the HiToms and Chaz said Keene played a mean shortstop and that his defense was A-1 on Sunday….

Mr. Pannell had a good word for Austin Bain(SEG) and he said he felt Bain could contribute to the Kernersville Bulldogs this 2014 CVCL campaign….

‘The Pannell Plan’ also had a word for all parents…”Get out and watch these college kids play baseball this Summer and get up close and study how these college players look and how they carry themselves and how they perform on the field, when they settle in between the lines, for a day’s/night’s work”….

Here’s to watching the Hi-Toms, the Kernersville Bulldogs and the Asheboro Copperheads this year….Greg Suire might be one of the top baseball executives in our area according to Charlie Pannell, a man that made ‘The Pannell Plan’ famous from Randolph, to Guilford and on into Davidson, Rockingham, Forsyth and Alamance Counties…..

The ‘Pannell Plan’ still lives for the ‘Summer of 2014’……
