  1. From great families come great kids. Paris has a great family and represents what is great about our area. It is amazing how often Greensboro has continue to produce players that make teams such as this or All American type teams. If you are one of the best players in this area, then it has been proven over and over that you can compete on a national stage whether for girls or boys. Great job Miss Paris !!

  2. What an awesome accomplishment for Paris. I do not know her or her parents, but I first saw her play when she was quite young (12 or so), playing in a small church sponsored league against middle and high schoolers. It was clear then that she was an exceptional talent, but of course at that age there’s so much that can happen to derail promising careers. I also remember that her parents came to the games, cheered for the girls, didn’t yell at the refs or coaches, and graciously accepted the accolades the other parents offered. Well done.
