Elon Football Game at Coastal Carolina Added to TV Lineup

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It was announced today, July 30, that the Elon football game at Coastal Carolina scheduled for Sept. 27 will be a part of the American Sports Network (ASN) television package covering the home of the Chanticleers, the Big South Conference. The game time has been changed from a 6 p.m. start to a 7 p.m. start to accommodate the broadcast.

With this game added to its broadcast schedule, the Phoenix will now appear on television four times with a fifth game slated to be covered on ESPN3. The maroon and gold will have three contests aired on ASN – home with Charlotte (7 p.m. on Sept. 20), at Coastal Carolina (7 p.m. on Sept. 27) and at James Madison (12 p.m. on Nov. 22). Elon’s tilt at William & Mary at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 will be carried by Comcast SportsNet. The 2014 season opener at Duke at 6 p.m. on Aug. 30 will be on ESPN3.
