That first week will tell a lot about how the season will progress. SE Parent do you think SEG will be strong this year? I know they have a solid, experienced QB.

More of the same with SEG this year. The Kryptonite is Grimsley and Dudley for the Falcons. We can make excuses that we had 5 turn-overs last year in the loss to Grimsley on a rainy night but Grimsley did play on that same field. Dudley was just that much better. Grimsley also has a pretty good QB. We has lost 2 JV games in 3 years so that may account for something. Several of the Jrs and Srs have been varsity for 3 and 4 years at SE.
Y’all go ahead and keep thinking Smith is just gonna lay down. You got another thing coming this year!

Grimsley will have to retool this year after losing some experienced players. A very young team but we will have no problem beating Smith.
