1)Who will be your team leader(s)?
Markwell McKinney at quarterback, Sameera Williams linebacker to Jan Gibson at defensive end, Xavier Williams defensive back and receiver…

2)How many years have you been coaching and is this your last stop?
Nine years as an assistant coach and 2 years as head coach at Northeast Guilford

3)How many players on Varsity?
42 on Varsity and 36 on JV’s…

4)Who is the toughest team that you have ever coached against?
Northern Guilford…Coach Thomas stepped in last year while Coach Roscoe was away and the kids there really believe in themselves and this is a tough program to play against…

5)The coach you have learned the most from?
Coach BW Holt from Rocky Mount…He is currently one out of four coaches who have 300 wins in the state of North Carolina….Also Pete Gilchrist at North Forsyth…I owe him a lot…He taught me the ins and outs of coaching on this level….

6)Your Top offensive returning players?
My offensive line….

7)Top defensive returning players?
Shamir Williams at LB….Tiyon Gibson(DE)…Markeith Huntley will be a big help all over the place on defense…We have made good strides during the preseason…I am looking for big things from my defense…

8)Who will win the Mid-State 3-A Conference?
Northern Guilford…Coach Jackson stated to be the best you have to beat the best and Northern has proven to be the best in the conference….

9)Your greatest satisfaction you receive from coaching?
Knowing that I took a holistic approach and building character in these young men’s lives and making them a better person inside and outside…

10)Among the Guilford County Schools from today or from the past, your program most resembles?
In the past I would have to say the Dudley Panthers with the talent that they have now and with the coach that have Coach Steven Davis….I always try and sit down with him and I am trying to build this Northeast Guilford program up, to where Dudley is today….
