  1. It looks like Page is hanging in there with Butler. Northern and Dudley are clearly are the best 2 programs in the area again. Any updates on how the Page game is going?

  2. Not a NW or Northern fan my team is Reidsville but I wanted to check out both teams before the rams play them. My question is why would Coach Roscoe call an onside kick with a few minutes left in the game up by 3 scores.

  3. Worry about your team. Did you see our kicker, we might as
well do an onside kick. That is the only way we can keep it in bounds.

  4. Why not run that play? Coach might want to see how well his team can run the onside kick. Then when in a tight game coach says Hey guys we have run this play before make it happen

  5. Roscoe 2 K is as classy as usual. Tim,I see you did not use the word “practice” the play. Because that is where you work on the onside kick. Not up 3 scores.

  6. Fanatic you want some cheese to go with the wine. Some coaches no how to build a great team and some don’t Move to Northerns district if that’s what you want

  7. Lol…. you folks are idiots…lol. it was supposed to be a squib, but with the slick ball and wet field conditions the kid slipped. Watch the film….. Roscoe wouldn’t do such a thing to Rolfes. We respect what those NW kids did last night. They are a few kids and 100% program buy in away from doing some special things. That #10 is SPECIAL…

  8. Mr Reynolds,

We knew it was supposed to be a squib. These idiots know nothing about fb much less Roscoe and Nighthawk FB. Good luck to you guys this season and do yourself a favor…stay off these message boards. Nothing but know nothings and wannabes on here. Peace.

  9. Word is here that the kid miss-kicked on a squibber that became an onside kick because of the way the ball ended up traveling…Go with the kid and support the coach and the kid…

Lots of good friendships between the Northwest and Northern players and I would think it would be the same for many of the coaches too…

This one game does not determine the overall outcome of your season and it is no time now to be trashing players or coaches…

Sometimes the outsiders think they know more than the insiders, but that will never be the case…

The coaches first, players second and the others on the outside looking in…That is the rest of us on the outside looking in for a sneak peek….

Up next for NWG a tough Reidsville team and up next for NG not sure, but one thing is for sure, time to get on to the next game….

This one is done and we need to be done here and moving on to next Friday night….
