Freeman surprised by USC offer:C.J. Freeman(Northern Guilford HS) to South Carolina Gamecocks?

Wes Mitchell is reporting over at GamecockCentral.com and on NCPreps.com that RB C.J. Freeman has been offered by the University of South Carolina Gamecocks….That would make for an interesting run for C.J. to South Carolina, where the Stadnik Brothers(Brock and Clayton) out of Greensboro’s Western Guilford High School, are still along that offensive line for the Gamecocks, with Clayton starting at center on a rotating basis and Brock seeing time at offensive tackle and there you go with C.J. looking that way after the South Carolina running backs coach, Everette Sands came up and talked to the Northern Guilford Nighthawks junior running back, back on Saturday while the Gamecocks were upsetting the Georgia Bulldogs…

Good news for C.J. Freeman and wouldn’t it be crazy if C.J. went to play at South Carolina and you have T.J.(T.J. Logan) at North Carolina…..NG Coach Johnny Roscoe also has a lot of ties/connections down in South Carolina and he knows the territory well and that always helps….

The word over at NCPreps.com…www.ncpreps.com:
Freeman surprised by USC offer

When Everette Sands came up to class of 2016 running back C.J. Freeman prior to South Carolina’s game Saturday, the Gamecocks’ running backs coach brought exciting news with him.
