MORGANTON, N.C. – The third and final round of the Donald Ross Intercollegiate was cancelled due to inclement weather on Tuesday in Morganton, North Carolina. HPU finished the tournament in fifth with a total score of 572 (283-289).

The Panthers played in through rainy conditions and were near the completion of their day when the round was called. Freshman Emile Menard was in the clubhouse with an even-par 72 and fellow freshman Alex Hefner shot a 73 for HPU. Despite some players completing the round the scores will not count towards the official results.

High Point continues its fall season this weekend when the Panthers head to Camden, South Carolina to play in the Camden Collegiate Invitational. The two-day, 54-hole event will be hosted by the University of South Carolina at the Camden Country Club.
