*****Have received word shortly after this post hit, that Reggie Dillard has sustained an injury and he is out for the season…We appreciate that alert from a heads-up reader….Our best to Reggie as he continues on his road to recovery….*****

Reggie Dillard from Greensboro and Greensboro Day School/Dudley HS will be at Duke tonight with his Presbyterian Blue Hose as the face the Blue Devils at 6pm in season-opening college basketball game for teams….

Reggie averaged 12.1 points per game last season for Presbyterian and as a freshman he started 29 of 30 games at the guard spot for the Blue Hose, from Clinton, South Carolina….

Dillard at Duke tonight and Presbyterian will be there too in college hoops and we have UNCG, Elon, N.C. State, North Carolina and load of teams in action this evening and not sure if Archer Elementary, Reggie’s old school, when he first got rolling in school in Greensboro, not sure if Archer Elementary has an alumni game lined up for this year or not, but if they could get Reggie in there after his college season is complete, it would make for a good fundraiser to provide a bonus for Reggie’s old teacher at “The Arch”, Mr. Mitchell……
