Boys JV: Blows a halftime lead: 24-21/ Smith and loses to Bartlett Yancey: 56-52
Smith (0-2) was led by Shaquice Futrell with 16 points and Chris Fuller with 9

Girls Varsity: Coming off a 31-28 win at Victory Christian the other
night, the Lady Eagles won, 41-28. The Lady Eagles were led by
Freshman DJ Jackson and Sophomore Destiny McCullough with 22 points
combined, 11 each, and Sophomore Tamani Manning with 10 points. The
Buccaneers were led by Kiyanna Brown with 16 points before being taken
out with an injury. Eagles Improve to (2-2)…Destiny McCullough with the double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Golden Eagles..

Boys Varsity: Coming off with a win against Northern Guilford High,
they wanted to continue that fire and they did beating the Buccaneers,
96-53. The Eagles were led by Aaron Simpson with, 18 points, and
Raymon Pratt, 16 points, and throw in a couple dunks by Kendric Lowe
and Myles White, the Eagles would improve to (2-0). The Eagles will
play Pinecrest this Saturday in the Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament at
UNCG’s Flemming Gym at 6 pm. Addmission for the Tournament with starts
early Saturday is $10.00
