Ramseur, NC – Tonight the Ragsdale Tigers traveled down to Randolph County face a stern test in the previously undefeated Wildcats of Eastern Randolph High School. However, the Tigers would come out of the gates racing to an early 12-2 lead. The Wildcats would slowly chip away and cut their deficit to 7 after one period, 6 at the halftime break and just 5 entering the 4th quarter. The final quarter got as close as a 3 point lead for the visiting Tigers but Eastern Randolph was never able to pull even, suffering their first loss of the season.

Ragsdale was led by two Seniors, Austin Love (16 points & 8 rebounds) and TJ Parker (15 points & 11 rebounds). C. Newby led the Wildcats with a game-high 21 points on the night.

Ragsdale improves to 6 – 2 overall. Eastern Randolph drops to 6 – 1 overall.
