SWG at Eastern Guilford TONIGHT and this should be a good night, as there are three games on tap with JV boys, plus Girls and Boys Varsity games….Went to/attended this series of games last year at Southwest and it was on this very same night(day after New Years Day) and the girls game was very good and Eastern was close to the upset, but pretty sure SWG behind then-freshman Lashonda Monk, pulled it out…Boys game will feature SWG, who just won their Sheetz Holiday tournament vs. EG, which claimed their Christmas Tournament crown back on Tuesday night….
Endowment Games, but just the same, these should be very good local high school basketball battles…..

JV Boys 5:00PM Southwest Guilford High School EGHS Gymnasium
V Girls 6:30PM Southwest Guilford High School Endowment Game EGHS Gymnasium
V Boys 8:00PM Southwest Guilford High School Endowment Game EGHS Gymnasium

*****A couple of other games are coming up….
New Hope Christian at New Garden 6pm…..Boys game should be pretty good, but the girls game might get a little crazy…Keniece Purvis(Clemson signee) was with NGFS last year and now she is with New Hope, plus New Hope also has Lucky Rudd and many other outstanding players and this is a down year for the NGFS Bear girls…
Vandalia at Salem Baptist Tournament (Viking Boys only)

+++++For all of the teams, this is the moment that you have to understand it is time to get the ball rolling again and you have to re-gain your focus and realize that the key stretch of your season is sitting/standing right in front of you and the teams the re-group the quickest, will show best here in the second half of the season and YES, the season is half over…Conference games for the next 6 weeks(early January thru mid-February, conference tournaments, the playoffs and then it is all OVER…..+++++(Six weeks GONE and basically, six weeks remain.)
