Cord Cutters – ESPN Now Available Via The Internet

Dish Network is introducing SLING TV today. It is a service available via the Internet that gives you a choice of channels previously only available via cable or satellite.

Those channels are: ESPN, ESPN2, CNN, TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Travel Channel, Food Network, ABC Family, HGTV, Disney Channel plus another Disney channel with new content.

The Cost will be $20 a month with the restriction that prevents sharing of accounts. Only one viewer at a time for each account.

An additional Kids Add-On, featuring Boomerang, Baby TV, Disney Junior, Disney XD and Duck TV.

A news Add On includes HLN, Cooking Channel, DIY and Bloomberg TV.

Both add on’s will sell for $5 a month each ($25 or $30 a month total).

There should be more information at the Dish Network website after the public announcement later today.
