Randy Tuggle Named Assistant Director of Athletics at Greensboro College

GREENSBORO, NC – On Monday, January 05, 2015 Greensboro College Director of Athletics, Bryan Galuski named Randy Tuggle Assistant Director of Athletics.

Tuggle has served as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach for the past six seasons, and he will continue in that role as well.

“Randy has a tremendous amount of passion and enthusiasm for Greensboro College and our athletic department,” Galuski said. “I have enjoyed our working relationship over the past five years, and I am looking forward to continuing that relationship as we continue to grow and showcase the excellence in our athletic department.”

In his six seasons at the helm of the Pride women’s basketball team, Tuggle has led his team to an impressive 96-45 record including a NCAA Sweet 16 birth in the 2010-2011 season. Also during his coaching tenure, Tuggle has earned one Coach of The Year Honor, coached two conference players of the year, and one All-American.

“I want to thank Greensboro College and Bryan for the opportunity,” said Tuggle. “I am looking forward to working with Bryan and the coaching staff to provide a truly One Pride athletic program for our student athletes.”
