GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford was able to grind out a tough Piedmont-Triad 4-A conference win versus East Forsyth in a hotly contested game that was very entertaining. The Vikings were able to take control of the game in the fourth quarter and held off the Eagles valiant effort with an 82-79 victory.
–The Vikings were led by Sam Covington who finished with 17 points while Tre Turner and Jalen Spicer added 15 and 14 points respectively. Reggie Davis was able to contribute 11 points and 7 rebounds for Northwest. The Vikings also got contributions from Thomas Hennigan and Jaylen Gore who both added 9 and 8 points each.
–Madison Cone led the Eagles with 24 points while Jordan Roberson and Drew Cone added 23 and 20 points for East Forsyth.
