Northeast Guilford High School announces Jason Lippard as the new Rams’ football coach

We are happy to announce that Jason Lippard will be our Head Football Coach at Northeast High. He will assume the responsibilities immediately and we look forward to seeing a new brand of football.

Here is a little about him…..
Jason Lippard is from Statesville, North Carolina where he graduated from Statesville High School in 2001.

He was a three sport athlete where and started varsity football for 3 years making all conference his senior year.

Lippard went on to Greensboro College where he briefly played football but graduated with B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science.

Following graduation he coached at Statesville High for four seasons followed by one year as offensive coordinator at South Iredell, going undefeated during
regular season play. Lippard spent the next two years as head football coach and athletic director at North Stokes High School before moving on to serve as head football coach at Brevard High School.

His wife Amanda also works in education as a special education teacher and they have two sons, Paxton who is a kindergartner and Gunnar who is one year old. They are so very excited to relocate to what they already consider a second home and where the majority of Coach Lippard’s wife’s family lives.

Jason Lippard looks forward to bringing an exciting brand of football to the Northeast community and restoring pride to a very tradition rich program. It’s a great day to be a Ram!
