Congratulations to the 2015 Men’s Swimming Team for winning the Conference Championship yesterday. This is the first conference championship in men’s swimming since 2006. The Men’s team finished 2nd place last season to NWGHS by 6 points. From the start, the team never lost the lead during yesterday meet and finished with a total of 253 points. The second place team was NWGHS with 229 and Ragsdale with 228.
Also, our women’s team finished an impressive 3rd place total 245 points and only finishing 16 points out of 2nd place and 21 points out of first place. HP Central girls team won the 2015 Conference Championship. The Cowgirl swimming team improved their scores from last year’s 5th place finish. The girls did an awesome job working together and competing!
Lastly, SWGHS would like to congratulate Coach Bradshaw and Coach Corriher on a great season. Coach Bradshaw was voted Men’s and Women’s Coach of the Year in the Conference by his peers.
