GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford came out with an onslaught to open the game in the form of a 17-0 run versus the Glenn Bobcats in route to an impressive 99-53 Piedmont Triad 4-A Conference road win. The Viking’s intensity on the defensive end led to 32 Glenn turnovers while they displayed unselfish basketball on the offensive end with 27 assists on 38 made field goals.
–The Vikings placed 5 players in double figures and were led by Tre Turner who stuffed the stat sheet with 22 points, 17 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals. Northwest also got 19 points and 7 rebounds from Reggie Davis.
–Jalen Spicer contributed a double-double comprised of 13 points and 12 assists for the Vikings. Jalen Gore and Sam Covington rounded out the double figure scoring with 12 and 11 points respectively.
–Rashard Davis led the Bobcats with 18 points while Chryshawn Lindsey added 16 points for Glenn.
