He also was very big back in the day within the Greensboro Youth Soccer Community and his son, Mike, I believe it was, was one of the best players from the early days of soccer here in the Gate City…Back in the days of the Soccer Shoppe(Vicky Corchetti) and other local soccer outlets…
Thinking his son Mike might have played at Page and then maybe later went on to play up at Appalachian, but all of this is from memory…
The Mascias were a big soccer family and maybe somebody can share more on this, here on the day after Frank Mascia, a local leader has left us…
