We have our Basketball in Focus Show set to go on again tonight at the Shane’s Rib Shack on Westover Terrace and it all gets going at 6pm…(Grimsley boys and Dudley girls due to join us tonight.)

We will go with the Grimsley boys at 6pm and will begin our talks with Whirlies’ coach Thomas “Ice” Griffis….Coach Griffis played his collegiate basketball at N.C. A&T and now he runs the Grimsley program….From the Whirlies team we will have John Puryear and Michael Featherston…These two young men have been a big part of what Grimsley has been doing this season, along with Nick and Mason Moore and Aaron Wiggins…

Next up we will visit with the Dudley girls led by head coach Frank McNeil….Joining Coach McNeil from Dudley will be Essence Abraham and Kiara Harrison….Two very talented young basketball players and a young coach that has led his team to the top of the Metro 4-A Girls Standings…..Dudley coming on after Grimsley at the Shane’s Rib Shack tonight…..
We get going/rolling at 6pm and we will have plenty to talk about with the NCHSAA Sectionals due to being on Monday of next week….

We will address all, if not most all of these issues tonight at the Shane’s Rib Shack on Westover Terrace and they have the best ribs around….I like to order the rib sandwich and eat part of the ribs and then I still have plenty left to make myself a sandwich…Ribs, BBQ, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Wings and so many different types and flavors to choose from, BBQ Chicken, Chicken Salad, vegetables that you will not believe with Okra, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Salad Greens, Tossed Salad, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, and many more with Iced Tea, sodas, water, coffee, peach cobbler, brownies, cookies and you know they do have a LOT to choose from at SHANE’S….
