St. Pius Girls Basketball runs winning record to 97 straight games and there appears to be no slowing down Coach Shelton and her Comets

*****The St. Pius Comets began the season with 67 wins in a-row and now with a (30-0) record in 2014/2015, the Comets, lead by Coach Kristin Shelton, have run that winning record to 97 straight games…That’s 97 consecutive games without a loss….*****

St. Pius Comets take Shamrock Tournament AGAIN:

The St. Pius Varsity Girls continue their winning streak finishing the 2014-2015 season 30-0. Coach Kristin Shelton has three perfect seasons with 97 consecutive wins. Coach Shelton has 3 consecutive and 5 total Shamrock victories in 14 years of coaching. This was the 52nd annual Shamrock Tournament. There were 32 girls teams from Catholic Schools in NC, VA, and GA. Go Comets!

    Some of the kids go on to play at Bishop McGuinness, Page, etc.

    Doesn’t get the credit she deserve. Even more refreshing is that Coach Shelton doesn’t expect any credit. 97 games in a row is fantastic…what she does for young ladies in this area is beyond compare. Congratulations Coach!
