Page 54-50 over the Mount Tabor Spartans in double overtime Monday night at the Mac Morris Gym and the Page Pirate fans are to be commended…
That was one heck of a crowd….The MAC was pretty well packed and that gym was loud and proud on Monday night and those fans had plenty to yell and scream about, with the Pirates taking that 2OT victory…
Boy that gym was LOUD and you could hear the fans from out in the street, in front of the school there on Alma Pinnix Drive….
Page will be hosting North Mecklenburg from near Huntersville/Charlotte tomorrow night and if Page can get the same type crowd in the MAC for the Tuesday night game, which will be the Sectional Final, you just might see the Page Pirates right back in the Regionals again in 2015…
Boy, that was some kind of crowd…..Would like to see all of our gyms packed like that for playoff basketball…Good job Page Pirate fans, students and faculty and as for the team, they did their part too….
Pirate crowd was awsome, it always is. Just wish Grimsley had some spirit but it has been missing for 5-10 years now.
