    Whats’s Southeast’s record?

  • Andy Durham said,

Southeast Guilford is at (2-1) with wins over Northern Guilford and Randleman and the loss was to Providence Grove…SEG facing Wheatmore tonight at 7pm at Kevin Callahan Field…

Everyone calm down, SE was clearly the better team. Hats off to PG on their come from behind win! Gonna be a good year for the Piedmont.

The Hardin kid from Providence Grove pitched well and ASU has got a good one. Tommy Michaels left after 5 innings with the lead. He had good velo and movement on the ball and certainly pitched well enough to get the win. I think the lack of practice due to the weather helped create errors both physical and mental on SEG ‘s part. Providence Grove has a strong team that was fired up from the get go.
Several of those kids played Senior Legion with Tommy Michaels last summer and they wanted the win.

The Southeast / Providence Grove baseball game was epic. Umpires were a little on the suspect side. Got to give it the PG players, they came to win.
