SWEET BRIAR, Va. – Four Quakers scored four goals apiece in Guilford College’s 20-7 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) women’s lacrosse win at Sweet Briar College Saturday afternoon. Guilford’s 20 goals marked a season high.

After Sweet Briar’s Monica Ewansik opened the game’s scoring Guilford (5-4, 3-2 ODAC) reeled off eight straight goals, two apiece by rookies Carter MacLeod, Taylor Campellone and Kelly Martin. Campellone scored her third goal of the game 5:40 before halftime, which gave the Quakers a 9-2 edge at intermission.

The Vixens’ Genny Kelley netted the second-half’s opening goal and the teams traded tallies for the first 10 minutes of the period.
