The city of High Point is proposing a new downtown baseball stadium/park and they are hoping to get the local Coastal Plain League team, the Hi-Toms, to leave Finch Field in Thomasville and head on down to downtown High Point and lay down roots at the “Field of Dreams” on Washington Street…Former Guilford County commissioner and current High Point HP CVB board member Bruce Davis is heavily involved in this new concept for downtown High Point….
