  1. Saw an excellent throw by Thorne Alley after a catch near the line in right field…Hauled in the fly ball in right and then uncorked a throw to third base from right field on a dime that almost got the runner who had tagged and left second base for the Tommies, headed toward third…Super throw by Alley and fun to see and reminded me of some throws that I had seen by guys like Marcell Ozuna, Scott Cousins and even Mike Stanton over the years….Throw was on a perfect line and no need to cut it, it was on the money….

Great group of fans from the Tommies/Hi-Toms and they are a dedicated crowd that loves their baseball and softball too for that matter…Many of them are from the South Davidson/Denton area and they are very thankful to be having the opportunity to be playing for an organization like the HiToms….Good to see all of them so steadfast in their support of their team…

Good job on Friday night by Dave Michaels on the music…Dave did such a good job, you might have thought you had gone to a radio station from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and baseball game broke out around the good tunes…

Good job Dave Michaels and good luck to Dave on his son Tommy’s big graduation from Southeast Guilford this weekend…

Also good work turned by Big Charlie Pannell on the sound/PA…We may have lost Dusty Rhodes this week, but Charlie Pannell is keeping the roads hot and the sound up and down…

A good night for a baseball game and we got bonus baseball with the extra innings on Friday and it was the kind of game that can make your season better no matter if you won or lost on Friday night, just a good game that can only help your season and all part of the “Getting Better Process”……
