It is now official:Wilds and Wade will work with Dudley Panthers

Rodney Wilds is on board as the new principal at Dudley High School and Art Wade will become Dudley’s new athletics director on July 1…

Both Wilds and Wade were previously on staff at High Point Andrews, in the same capacities/positions….

We had this news up here on the site about month and a-half ago, but today the word is no longer on the street, it is on the concrete outside the main building on Lincoln Street…

CLICK HERE for the breakdown from Joe Sirera at the News and Record and now rolling as greensboro.com….There is some question about Art Wade being at HP Andrews last year when they got in trouble during football season and now Art is set to start out at Dudley and they were in trouble last year too…

Hope we don’t have any trouble/complications this season and we are looking forward to some smooth sailing in 2015….Mr. Wilds has a lot of faith in Art Wade and Wade is his man, through and through and they appear to be a team and Dudley can use a good team, with teamwork at the forefront, as we close out one school year and begin to make plans to open up another….

You can probably tell by my comments that I fully support the educational process here in Guilford County and do believe we can have athletic success and academic success within the same framework/setting….

*****You have to stick at this athletic/academic journey…It is a full process and you can not quit….You remember the guy that quit??? No, because nobody remembers the guy that quit….Nobody, so hang in there and keep on digging….(Even in the off-season and for those Guilford County football players, especially in the off-season)…..
