*****Josh Tobias(Southeast Guilford HS/Florida Gators) named to play in the New York-Penn League All-Star Game.*****

The New York-Penn League has released the rosters for 2015 All-Star Game in Aberdeen, Maryland. The Aberdeen IronBirds will host the 11th annual New York-Penn League All-Star game on Tuesday, August 18th at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Williamsport Crosscutters picked to play in the game are; RHP Alejandro Arteaga, RHP Mitch Gueller, RHP Rob Tasin, C Austin Bossart. 1B Brendon Hayden, 2B Josh Tobias(Southeast Guilford High School/Florida Gators), OF Zach Coppola and OF Mark Laird.

The eight Williamsport all-stars rank as the most Williamsport players ever selected, eclipsing the former record of five (2009, 2010, 2011).

The North Team will be comprised of players from Auburn, Batavia, Connecticut, Hudson Valley, Lowell, Tri-City, and Vermont; and the South Team will be represented by players from Aberdeen, Brooklyn, Mahoning Valley, State College, Staten Island, West Virginia and Williamsport. The North will be managed by the Lowell coaching staff and the South managed by the Aberdeen braintrust.

See the brightest stars of tomorrow as the New York-Penn League all-stars make their way to Aberdeen to showcase their talent in the Late-Summer Classic. Head to the ballpark early and take in the All-Star Experience featuring a celebrity softball game, mascot kickball, the game at 7:35 p.m., and a post-game fireworks display.
