Mt Tabor is the most undisciplined team I’ve ever seen. It was a good scrimmage until #88 for Tabor started throwing punches and then Tabors entire bench cleared. People wont have to worry about Tabor in the playoffs because if the coaches keep allowing the clearing of the benches they’ll be eliminated from the playoffs by week 3. This is the second time this off-season they’ve done this. They did it earlier against NWG in a game of 7on7 tag football. The funny thing was after the fight Grimsley went right down the field on them and they shut Tabor down on offense. Tabor has the talent to be great but no respect or discipline is why that program continues to go down hill. Way to go Grimsley! We obviously got a long way to go but showed a lot of fight and discipline tonight!

That’s ridiculous. It’ll be interesting to see what Mt Tabor does Friday when they go against NWG again.

In a surprising turn of events, Southwest held their own against the mighty N. Davidson squad. I believe the situation portion ended in a 14-14 tie. I was surprised as I thought Kennedy McCoy would slash through the often porous SWG defense. He had a couple good runs but didn’t dominate like I thought he would. It’s clear that North will miss Shy and the others from last years D, though it could have just been that the skill guys (especially the QB) from Southwest were just that good.
Dudley East Forsyth scrimmage was FAST and HARD hitting! Both Defenses dominated but if they were keeping score East won 14-7. Both teams had an offensive TD a piece and then Hooker threw an INT that was returned for a TD. Both teams look pretty good and are Huge and Fast!
