Elon and WSML 1200 AM Radio enhance partnership:Taylor Durham will lead the Phoenix’ broadcasts into new waters

BURLINGTON, N.C. – The Elon University Department of Athletics and the Curtis Media Group have announced that beginning in the 2015-16 academic year, all Elon football, men’s basketball and baseball broadcasts will be carried on WSML 104.5 FM/1200 AM, the sports voice of Alamance County.

Elon Athletics announced a new partnership in March with WSML and Phoenix baseball and will enhance the partnership this year by including all football and men’s basketball broadcasts on the new station.

“We are excited to enhance our partnership with WSML and move our football and men’s basketball radio broadcasts to a sports-centered platform along with our baseball broadcasts,” commented Elon Director of Athletics Dave Blank.

In addition to game broadcasts, all radio shows will air live on WSML 104.5 FM/1200 AM moving forward. In addition to Elon football, men’s basketball and baseball broadcasts and radio shows, WSML 104.5 FM/1200 AM airs ESPN Radio programming such as Mike & Mike in the Morning, ESPN Sportscenter, the Dan Lebatard Show and the David Glenn Show from Raleigh.
