Greensboro Day Middle School Athletes Honored at Ceremony

Greensboro Day School recognized Middle School athletes in a ceremony for students participating in fall sports. The fall sports included girls’ tennis, girls’ field hockey, boys’ soccer, cross country, and girls’ volleyball.

In girls’ tennis, Caroline Doss ‘20 received the Coach’s award, Ashley Iorio ’20, the most improved award, and most valuable player award to Tenley Parr ‘23.

For girls’ field hockey, the Coach’s award was presented to Evy Hochstein ‘20 and the most improved award to Ellie Wilcox ‘22.

In boys’ soccer, Coach’s awards were given to Charlie Jones ‘21, Nathan Hayes ‘20, Brooks Olin ‘20, and Connor Ballou ‘22.

Cross Country recognition included Coach’s awards presented to Gregory Just ’20 and Jack Moody ‘20.

Notable Volleyball players included Grace Nolan ’22 and Ashlyn Sipe ‘20, each receiving a Coach’s award and Maguire Goodrich ‘21 was named most valuable player.
