RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association announced today, Nov. 19, the 2015 All-CAA Volleyball Teams as voted by the league’s head coaches. Elon volleyball’s Sydney Busa was honored with a spot on the CAA All-Academic Team.
A sophomore sport and event management major, she holds a cumulative 3.97 GPA and earns all-academic honors for the first time in her career. Busa led the team in kills with 244 on the season and averaged 2.22 kills per set. The Leesburg, Va., native also notched a team-high 21 service aces and had 67 total blocks this year.
