  1. great game until Brown injured an ankle on a jump shot and soon after another McMichael guard fouled out. it was a one-point difference at halftime and tied at 50 in the 3rd quarter when it all started going downhill for McMichael. Eastern’s having a great year and their press is awesome, but McMichael is a dangerous team when at full strength. big game tomorrow night at Eastern when Northern comes to visit.

  2. True Brown injury was big, but #35 Matthews had held him in check after first quarter. The freshman play great defense. That allowed Venable to concentrate on his offense.
