Series tied at One Game a-piece and Anthony Marks must be on the mark tonight for Coastal Carolina to win College World Series:CCU looking to start Beckwith

*****Game rained out on Wednesday and now will play Final Game on Thursday….This gives Beckwith an extra day’s rest….*****

The Chanticleers of Coastal Carolina University, in Conway, South Carolina, are in Omaha, Nebraska trying to wrap up the College Baseball World Series tonight and with the series between the Chanticleers and the Arizona Wildcats tied at 1-1, it is winner-take-all tonight and the Chants might be set to win their first NCAA DI National Championship and they have a very good chance to bring that title back home to Conway, with ace Andrew Beckwith, scheduled to be on the mound for CCU…Beckwith has won an NCCA-leading 14 games this season and he has pitched two complete game victories so far in the 2016 CWS….Beckwith is from Blythewood High School, in Blythewood, South Carolina…He has been the ‘man’ and he now has a chance to do it again…Beckwith threw 137 pitches in last outing at the CWS for CCU….

The man back on Tuesday, that helped make sure Coastal Carolina got to the final game was LF Anthony Marks…
from www.espn.com:
Anthony Marks, the bearded, arm-thrusting, undersized, cartoon-like senior left fielder, did it all from the leadoff spot. His one-out single in the third inning plated the Chanticleers’ first two runs, and Marks ignited a three-run rally in the top of the eighth with his third hit.

This is just what he does.

Marks is hitting a team-best .393 (11-for-28) in Omaha with a .469 on-base percentage.

+++++Marks just hit his first career home run in all of this years of organized baseball at the college, high school and youth levels and HR came this season for Coastal Carolina.+++++
