    South Pointe and Rock Hill Northwestern at #3 and #4 in the Poll with Matthews Butler, with one loss and that loss a 35-20 loss to Mallard Creek, Butler at #2 in the poll and again Charlotte Vance(5-0) to start the season, is at #1 in the Charlotte Observer’s Sweet 16 Poll…

  3. Dudley is the number one team in the state in multiple polls, but the school is number two in the News & Record poll. A Forsyth school that refuses to schedule Dudley in a regular season along with Mallard Creek is ranked ahead of the Panthers in its local poll.

    Coaching will be a factor at Page this Friday; refs will be a determiner in Rockingham. I wish Dudley the best while the others in the county are no contest.

  4. There will be two very good coaches facing off on opposite sides of the field on Friday night…

    Coach Gillespie from Page and Coach Willert from East Forsyth and most are expecting a great game to be decided by the players on the field….

    Hopefully the referees will not have to play a major part in the outcome of this game and the players can play their very best games….
