Bryson Speas(Dudley HS) headed to N.C. State instead of University of Virginia:Panther now on board with Pack

Coming from James B. Dudley High School over on Lincoln Street:
Dudley’s Bryson Speas has flipped his commitment from the University of Virginia To NC State University. Congrats to Mr. Speas on joining the Wolfpack!

Dudley Panther senior/Class of 2017 will take his services as an offensive lineman to Raleigh and he will join the N.C. State Wolfpack….

Bryson Speas joining Jarius Morehead(Eastern Guilford HS), Reggie Gallaspy(Southern Guilford HS) and Tre Meadows(Dudley HS) now with the N.C. State Wolfpack in Raleigh…..N.C. State was close to landing Dexter Lawrence(Wake Forest HS) and Diondre Overton(Page HS) from the Class of 2016, but they ended up at Clemson instead…..State now with a very tall, at 6’5/265, lineman in Seas and at one time Speas was also looking closely at Virginia Tech, which already has Mook Reynolds(Northern Guilford HS) and has Hendon Hooker(Dudley HS) on the way to Blacksburg….Lawrence at DL, Overton at WR, Reynolds at DB and Hooker the QB…Good chance Hooker may be moving to Blacksburg in January….

Got to feel that Speas is in for the long haul headed to Raleigh and if N.C. State beats Clemson on Saturday, then you might see even more Guilford County kids looking to Raleigh and to N.C. State…..
