High School Football Saturday Morning Rewind:Names, Numbers and Links from Friday night’s games:UPDATED Edition

Let’s start hitting those key names and numbers from last night’s games and that Northwest Guilford game with Wyatt Smith reporting really had some huge numbers from both teams(NWG and Glenn HS) and the pick by Bryant Barr was huge for Eastern Guilford at Western Alamance and how about that photo by H. Scott Hoffman, from the News and Record, on the cover of the sports section today, showing that one-handed grab by Barr, to seal the win for EG at Western Alamance last night and there were some big and crazy games played last night, with tons of excitement in the air, around the area and let’s begin to rewind the names, numbers and links, from those games here this morning….

545:Stephon Brown(Glenn HS) with 545 yards of Total Offense for Glenn in the Bobcats’ win over NWG and Brown got down with 436 yards passing, going 22-33 with 5 TD passes and he ran for 109 yards and scored two TD’s on the ground….
422:Gerald Simpson(Northeast Guilford HS) with 422 yards on 21-33 passing for 316 yards and 1 TD, plus 106 rushing yards on 15 carries for the 422 yards….
289:Jacob Leonard(Northwest Guilford HS) throws for 289 yards and 4 TD’s going 14-21 back there in the Viking pocket…
281:Will Jones(Page HS) had 281 passing yards and 2 TD’s through the air and Will ran for another TD…
278:Dysaun Razzak(Glenn HS) had 10 receptions for 278 yards and 4 TD’s….
232:MJ Frazier(Northern GUilford HS) with 232 rushing yards on 30 carries with 2 TD’s….
209:Tyler Flippen(Northern Guilford HS) with 209 passing yards on 16-29 passing with 2 TD passes….
202:Thomas Hennigan(Northwest Guilford HS) ran for 124 yards, caught passes for 49 yards and passed for 39 yards, giving him 202 total yards and 1 TD for the NWG Vikings….
189:Tre Turner(Northwest Guilford HS) with 189 yards receiving and three TD receptions, plus an interception for another TD and a total of 4 TD’s on the night, for NWG…
182:Christian Beal(East Forsyth HS) goes for 182 yards rushing and 2 TD’s for the East Forsyth Eagles…
180:Jake Babcock(Bishop McGuinness) goes 12-34 passing for 180 yards and one TD for Bishop…
173:Noah Priester(Northeast Guilford HS) with 173 yards on 10 receptions….
136:Jaren Rainey(Southwest Guilford HS) with 107 yards passing and 29 yards rushing with 2 TD passes(12-19 passing) for SWG….
