Cameron Smith, former Northeast Guilford High School and Roanoke College basketball player is headed to Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada to play professional basketball. He was selected 7th in the second round (17th overall) by the Cape Breton Highlanders of the 2016 Canada Draft on Sunday, November 20, 2016.
