  1. Interesting. Crickets from the critics earlier in the week. 1 game doesn’t tell the whole story, just as 2 games isn’t a barometer either. However, there were some pretty harsh comments, including how the NW Ladies would be dominated last night. Would love, just once, for critics to come on this sight and recognize that they were off-base on their “prediction”. The NW Ladies may have an average season, but glad they were able to quiet some of the message board negativity last night.

  2. Only thing that is for certain about page and NW girls.

    1. Page is younger and is showed
    2. NW still has no outside shooters compared to last year.
    3. Agree NW may be average, probably better than average, but pretty sure most of the comments last week were how they fail in comparison to last two special years NW girls had. Also, most of those comments seemed to me to be stemming from “tired about hearing about NW stars who are getting all college attention”.

    Have a good weekend yall.

  3. Why wouldn’t people be happy that these kids are getting college attention? I saw all of the scouts at that Northern game. I think it is great that they are getting Major D1 looks. It speaks to the quality of basketball in this area and at NW. It doesn’t diminish anything that happened in years past. It is highly likely that they got better by playing with the girl’s on last year’s team. Last year’s team was very special because they had so many kid’s who could shoot from the outside. That was the best outside shooting team I have seen in this area. NW has a couple of kids that can shoot from the outside and that is more than most of the area teams. As always, NW will either win or be right near the top of their conference.
