  1. Wyatt Smith will be at Southeast Guilford tonight to cover the SEG Falcons vs. South Caldwell….We will hit the Rockingham County at Northern Guilford game…

Both games set to start at 7pm….Former SEG baseball coach Bill Slayton, who led SEG to the state title back in 1969, is a South Caldwell man, from back when South Caldwell was Hudson and Granite Falls, and Coach Slayton was on the Granite Falls side of things…

South Caldwell famous for producing SF Giants’ pitcher Madison Bumgarner and they have an excellent American Legion Baseball program up there at South Caldwell/Hudson/Granite Falls…..

There are some connections with SEG-South Caldwell as they get ready to go tonight and you will probably see some Kirkpatricks in the house at SEG tonight…Kirkpatrick, a big name up at South Caldwell….

For the ROCK-Northern Guilford, it will be the 4th time they have met this season….NG has won all 4 games, 3-0, 6-0, and 4-0….Northern Guilford has now advanced to the third round of the NCHSAA baseball playoffs for the 4th consecutive year/season….

Cameron Cotter set to go for the Northern Nighthawks tonight and Chris Scheibly, looking to get the call for the SEG Falcons…..
