In the 2-0 win by Northern over Rockingham County on Tuesday night, NG’s Cameron Cotter threw a two-hitter and Coby Ingle threw a three-hitter for Rockingham County….Cotter had a no-hitter going until very late in the game on Tuesday and in fact, Cotter was working on a Perfect Game, until what I think was the 6th Inning…

Both Cotter and Ingle will join forces and work together one day….Both are committed to attend and pitch for N.C. State with Cotter, a senior, due to arrive in Raleigh in the Fall of 2017 and Ingle, a freshman at the ROCK, scheduled to hit N.C. State, in the Fall of 2020…..

Former Greensboro Grasshopper Austin Brice pitched for Northwood High School, in Pittsboro, N.C. and he has spent most of this season, working out of the bullpen for the Cincinnati Reds….It has been a battle, but Brice has been hanging in there, as he has fought his way up to the top….
