Kernersville won their eighth game of the year a 7-0 shutout of Northern Division leader Mooresville Spinners in Mooresville Wednesday night.

Former GTCC star Braxton Shetley picked up his first win of the season hurling 6 dominating innings. He was followed by UNCG’s Jake Mayhew with two perfect innings and current GTCC standout Chris Kernen with a perfect ninth.

Former High Point Christian standout Timmy Fischvogt with a 4-4 night, GTCC’s Ryan Caveness a 3-4 and three rbi night paced the Bulldogs.

Kernersville will host the Va Marlins Saturday afternoon at 5 PM at Glenn High School
