Kernersville Bulldogs Summer Collegiate Baseball Team Nationally Ranked

The first national rankings for the summer collegiate baseball teams was posted today by the number one source for information about all the various leagues and players playing in summer baseball collegiatesummerbaseball.com.

The Kernersville Bulldogs, with a record of 20-4 are the number 23 team in the country.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters of the Northwoods League is the current number one club with the Florence Redwolves of the Coastal Plains League, the number two club.

“This is a great honor to be included in this group and it will give a lot of exposure and confidence to our guys as we enter the second half of the summer season. It shows the hard work and development or guys are already accomplishing,”, stated General Manager Dale Ijames.

Kernersville, of the Carolina Virginia Collegiate League, will play in Lenoir Friday night, at Fuquay Varina Twins for a DH Saturday, then return to Glenn Sunday afternoon for a 3PM Doubleheader.
