Kernersville Bulldogs Baseball Up To #17 Nationally:Bulldogs now at (32-7) with CVCL All-Star Game Saturday at LR

Kernersville defeated the FV Twins in a Wed doubleheader 4-2 and 16-4.

Jeremiah Triplett(UNCG) picked up the win in game one and Tim Luth a new NCA&T signee picked up the save, In game two Will Hicks(GTCC) picked up the win as Kernersville pounded out 11 hits on the night.

The wins pushed the Bulldogs to 32-7 at the All Star Game Weekend break. That was good enough to move up to #17 in the latest Summer Collegiate Leagues Poll.

The All Star Game Saturday will be played at Lenoir Rhyne University at 6 PM.

Dustin Ijames will be the Head Coach of the Eastern Division Squad. Tanner Routh, Braxton Shetley, Andrew Blake and Joseph Peeler will be the power arms representing Kernersville.

Kernersville returns to play Sunday night at 6PM against the Charlotte Crushers at Glenn High School.
