Durham Hillside(1-2) at Dudley(3-0)…..This will be our Murphy Wainer Orthopedic Specialists Game of the Week, on GreensboroSports Radio 1 with Dennis White from Tarpley Stadium…Big Battle of the Bands tonight too…Dudley has a lot of kids out due to injury and we will see how that effects the Panthers…
Page(2-1) at Eastern Guilford(3-0)…The Game of the Night from Wyatt(Smith) at Tommy Grayson Stadium for GreensboroSports.com…

Ragsdale(2-1) at Southwest Guilford(2-1)…Kris Walser and Coach Daryl Steele with this Cowboys-Tigers game on GreensboroSports Radio 2……Cowboys on a mission since they got everybody back and ready….Here comes Malachi Manness(Ragsdale RB)…..

Southeast Guilford(3-0) at Grimsley(1-2)….SEG wants to stay Unbeaten, can Falcon QB Douglas take them into the “Promised Land”???
West Forsyth(3-0) at High Point Central(2-1)…WF Titans have been playing like a powerhouse….
Smith(1-2) at Southern Guilford(0-3)….Smith might look to open up their offense up-field at C.K, Siler Stadium….

  1. LOVE THE LACK OF RESPECT YOU HAVE FOR THE 2ND RANK TEAM IN YOUR POLL!?!?! FUEL OUR FIRE!!! DO NOT JUMP ON BANDWAGON AFTER WE BEAT PAGE. GO WILDCATS!!!!

  2. Eastern Guilford is an excellent team….We just feel Page has a very good chance to upset the Wildcats at EG tonight….Just a hunch, based on the very fact that Page played well and showed up well on the road at Dudley….

    Ought to be a great game and Eastern has to be playing with a ‘chip on the shoulder’….The Wildcats are working to get to that Dudley/Page/higher tier level in the county and they are going about it the right/ correct way….

    It all does not come all at once, but it is coming and now EG is in the same conversation with Dudley, Page and all of the other top teams each week…

    Coach Doug Robertson has gone about building this program the right way….Coach had looked at the Page program in the off-season, but he stayed with EG and that is a very good thing for the Wildcats…

    EG is growing and if they can pull off the win tonight, it will be another step in the right direction….

    I just want to see a close well-played ball game and with Page going in and Page being at (2-1) and EG at (3-0), it would be an upset if Page left Gibsonville with the win tonight…

    EG is on an upswing and let’s see what happens tonight….Best of luck to both teams and one of the variables that means so much is the kicking game and both EG and Page have excellent kickers in Thomas Murray(Pirates) and Colin Smith(Wildcats)….

    Great game on the horizon and we ought to be hearing more from everyone about this game…..

    Let’s all talk it up and be sure to stay supportive of your teams…..

  4. Sorry EG PARENT this is not about Andy not having any respect for EG. Page should be favored in this game. We were close to knocking off Dudley last week. Eastern has played nobody as of yet and will be playing tonight on 3 days rest. Page should win by 2 scores minimum if they don’t turn the ball over and have very few penalties.
    Go Pirates!

  5. Would love to see SE at 4-0 going into next weeks game against Dudley and then it’s conference time.

    Grimsley always plays SE tough so we’ll see.

  6. Some are saying/feeling the Page at EG game might go 27-20 Page, which is the same score from the JV game last night…

    If that was the case I would say 28-21 Page, because I don’t see either one of those kickers missing a kick, unless saying maybe one is blocked…

  7. I’m going to say 31-14 Page. I don’t see EG being able to score more points on Page than Dudley did. I think Page will have a big first half. Then you’ll see EG settle down and start to have some success but will eventually run out of time.

  8. I do not think coach Fritz beat Grimsley at Jamison Stadium. I like coach Tinsley and his staff at Southeast and will be saying a prayer for the Falcons. Coach Tinsley is a great mentor to these young athletes. A Christian coach who is teaching these kids more than just football. We need more coaches like this man.

  11. Andy, you were right with the block, except it was 2 kicks that Page blocked.

    Eastern is a very solid team, but Page’s defense showed they are in another class with stopping the run (EG had net 3 yards rushing, and largest gain was 7 yds) and making it very tough on EGs QB, with some improved secondary coverage. Page’s front 7 really got after it and was in Graves’ face all night.

    Page’s offense can move the ball and has plenty of size/speed, they just need to clean up the penalties, its really killing some drives out there.
