  • C'mon man said,

Ok, so who was drinking when NW was selected iover Grimsley, Grimsley had better record and won the head to head , both are in the same conference so how could NW get in over the Whirlies! This is crazy!!!

  • Football Friday said,

How is NW in on this brack. ZERO wins in conference and Grimsely won head to head. That doesn’t make any since.

  • Wow said,

Thought EG was projected as 3A not 3AA?

Might as well give WA the 3-A title if that is the case.

  • Andy Durham said,

Again, these are just the NCHSAA Preliminary Brackets and hopefully they will get it all worked out…

Eastern Guilford was 3-AA last year and I always thought that they would be 3-AA again this year, but word of EG 3-A had been circulating around….

Grimsley has to be holding their breath right now and be sure to tell them to hang on….

  • Trey Can’t Hold Waters said,

The NCHSAA is a complete joke. They used rankings from last week to put the brackets together. How can they not know the rankings they used were not correct. Complete embarrassment.

  • Ron said,

I called and the are pulling the brackets down and redoing them

  • Stormy Nights said,

    Thanks Ron

NCHSAA has discovered it did not use most up-to-date information to post 4 seeding purposes. Brackets have been taken down & staff reseeding…

*****I wish they would have got the Preliminary Brackets right the first time and we would have the Finals by now…I think you will see Grimsley getting in and other changes as well, but some of the parts may stay the same…*****
