For SEG John James led the way with 24 points.
SEG led by as many as eight points in the first quarter, heading into the second up 16-9. An 11-0 run gave the Falcons a 29-12 edge midway through the second quarter. ER didn’t dig a deeper hole, however, and headed into the locker room trailing 33-16.
With a 17-point edge at the half, the SEG Falcons kept rolling in the third quarter, scoring the first seven points. ER answered with a 7-0 streak of its own, but couldn’t come closer as SEG scored the first bucket of the fourth quarter to go up 54-28 and never look back.
