Liz/Elizabeth Kitley the tall(6’4) center from the Northwest Guilford girls basketball team has made a verbal commitment to attend and play basketball for the Virginia Tech Hokies and she will enter VA Tech in the Fall of 2019….Kitley is currently a junior at Northwest Guilford and she helped lead the NWG Vikings to the 2017 NCHSAA 4-A State Championship….

Kitley and teammate Cayla King have both committed to attend Virginia Tech they both will enter together in 2019……

Liz Kitley made her announcement today on Twitter and here is what her teammate Cayla King was saying on Twitter when she got the news that Liz would attend Virginia Tech:
She’s a hokie!!! Can’t want to play with my best friend…..

Liz Kitley’s dad, Ralph Kitley played college basketball for Wake Forest University and was a 2-A State Champion with North Rowan HS, back in 1986…..
